Default Bone Charm dye question (How to get Blood Red?)

Does anyone have a Bone Charm? How in the world do you dye these things in dark shades of ANY color? I can get pink and all sorts of nasty pasty colors, but nothing deep in any color.

I would really like a Blood-Red combo.

Thanks

For a sec, I thought you were dying the random item that jade outcasts drop

Have you tried 2 blacks + red? I like dying my fav items.....I've noticed black makes em go really black, but mixing it with another dye makes it turn really bright. I just haven't tried 2 blacks yet.

Yea, tried:

Red + Red + Black
Red + Black + Black
Black + Red + Black

Various Orange/Brown + Red combos

I haven't tried inverted colors like White + Red, White + Green, etc

When dye remover existed, there was a wicked combo of I believe blue+green+purple+remover. It was an unbelievably rich red, but I cant make it anymore without remover. The replaced remover with gray dye and it doesnt work with that.
